Rates,
Payment & Cancellation Policies
Rates
- Rates are per night, based upon a 2 night
minimum stay and do not include 6% county room tax or 1%
state tourism tax.
- Rentals
of 7 days or longer (up to 30 days) receive a 10%
discount.
Payment
- A
two-night deposit is required within 72-hours of
booking.
- Full payment is due
30 days prior to
arrival.
- We accept
Visa, Master Card and American Express.
- Current
credit card number will be retained until after departure
and may be used to cover the costs of:
damages, replacement of missing items, cleaning beyond
normal expectations or any other expenses incurred
by the renter.
Cancellation
- Reservations
must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival for refund (less
$50 cancellation fee).
- Reservations cancelled within
30 days of arrival will forfeit full rental charge.

There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature,
weather or weather-related situations, mechanical failure,
ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds.
Check-in/out
Check-in is
3-6 PM. Check-out is 11
AM. Unless prior arrangements are made,
late check-outs will be charged for an additional
night.
Phones
All
of our condos have a phone for your
convenience. Any long distance phone calls must be made
collect or with a calling card or credit card.
Lost
or Stolen Items
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- You
will be charged for shipping plus a minimum $15 handling
fee for any items left behind that you request us
to return.
Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed in any of our condos.
Smoking
Policy
- Smoking
is not allowed inside condos.
POLICIES
AND RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Rental
Policies
- Our safety code determines the
occupancy level of each home. We do not allow sleeping
on the floor, sofas or any other furniture that is not designated
as a sleeping area.
- We do not allow camping in tents, on
decks or patios or in RVs or campers on the property.
- The primary registered guest on the
reservation must be 21 years of age and must be staying
at the vacation rental for the entire visit. The primary registered
guest will be held responsible for any expenses incurred
during the visit.
- The
renter agrees to use the property in a fashion for which
it is reasonably intended. The renter will not act
in a manner which will infringe upon other guests or
neighbors rights, enjoyment or use of property or adjacent
property.
- The
renter shall not house more people or others than those
listed on the reservation.
- The
renter shall pay any and all legal fees and costs to the
owner and/or agent if any action or suit shall be brought
about by the owner or agent for the recovery of rent due,
reimbursement of damages, cleaning or other expenses.
- Mt. Hood Resort Condominiums,
LLC shall
have the right at any and all reasonable times to enter
and inspect the premises.
- Mt. Hood Resort Condominiums,
LLC
reserves the right to evict at any time any guest who is
not in compliance with the above stated policies. There
will be no refunds for evictions due to
non-compliance with the policies.
Policies
& Guidelines During Your Visit
- Read
notices posted in the condo for specific information
and instructions regarding the condo you have rented.
- When using
the fireplace,
be sure the damper is open and flames stay contained. Be sure the fire is
dead-out when you leave. We provide enough
firewood for a 2-3 hour fire.
If you need additional wood, it can be purchased at many
local stores.
- Our rentals are non-smoking. People
in your group who wish to smoke, may do so outside only.
- We do not permit pets
in our
rentals.
- Please be sure to put all garbage
in the outside garbage cans the night before garbage pick
up (Wednesday evening). Please be sure garbage can lids are on tight (to keep bears
and other animals out). Be sure not to leave any
good or garbage outside.
- Do not park RVs, campers or trailers at the
rental for other people to use. Tents are not permitted
on the surrounding grounds.
- Do not move furniture or otherwise remodel the home.
You will be charged for the time it takes to move
furniture and for any repairs of any damages caused
by moving items.
- Make sure you clean the BBQ's and turn off the
propane after each use.
Policies
& Guidelines Upon Departure
- The
condo should be left in a condition similar to the
way you found it.
- Please
wash your dishes, clean the kitchen
of any food spills and take left-over food with you.
- Empty all trash into outdoor trash
cans. Help us keep the animals out of the garbage by
tightly securing the lids on the garbage cans.
- Unplug all small appliances. Turn
off the TV, VCR and music equipment.
- Check closets, drawers and under
beds for personal items.
- Be sure fires are dead-out in
the fireplace
- Turn heat down to 50 in the winter and off
in the summer.
- Close and lock all windows and doors.
